Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within two business days.

Shipments and/or deliveries may occur on weekends. Occasionally, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, and your shipment might be delayed. We will notify you via email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Final Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please Note: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Customers will receive their shipment confirmation and tracking number the day that their order ships from Digitrac’s facility.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Digitrac Systems is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Digitrac Systems is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly at info@digitracsystems.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

Return and refund policy

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
